The Residents Management company is owned by all the property owners on the development. They appoint a board of directors, of which there must be minimum of 2. The directors appoint a managing agent – who is currently Trinity Estates. They are responsible for all the communal areas and 7 private apartment blocks (1-5 Avian Avenue, 2 Avian Avenue, 23-27 Avian Avenue, 45 Avian Avenue, 21-23 Centaurus Square & 1-6 Page Place).
Trinity Estates are the managing agent appointed by the board of directors. They are responsible for
Collecting the service charge
Producing annual accounts
Producing a budget
Regularly visiting the site and reporting issues
Liaising with the RMC directors and contractors to ensure work is correctly priced
Maintaining the site to a good standard
Responding to issues raised by residents and arranging fixes where appropriate

When you purchased or moved in, you should have been given details of any spaces allocated to you. The allocated spaces are numbered. If you have a garage or car port within your house, you may not have allocated spaces.
Visitor spaces are marked with a V. They are intended to be used for temporary parking for visitors
Do not park on any landscaped areas – it will cost you more money from the service charge to repair them
Do not park where you will be causing an obstruction and prevent access for the emergency services or bin lorries
Do not park where you will be restricting the view of others entering or exiting junctions.
Do not park any on the footpaths (either 2 wheels or all 4), all this will force any wheelchair or pushchair users into the road.
Do not park in front of any bollards.
Do not park where there is a NO PARKING sign

Firstly, if you know who they are and you are comfortable approaching them, speaking to them is best. If you do not know them, leave a note on their vehicle (taking care not to damage the wipers or any part of the vehicle). You can also post a picture the vehicle asking the owner to move it on our facebook group.
St Albans District Council are responsible for emptying the bins and provide a calendar. The Collections alternate weekly between landfill and recycling. For more information check our waste & recycling page.
